Meet Our Team

Emily McClish
Hygiene Coordinator

Hey there! When entering our practice, you can expect a warm greeting and a comforting smile from me every time. I started my journey in dentistry in 2017 and have been with Dr’s Bryan and Curtis since 2018. I love meeting new people and take great pride in being the first face to greet you when entering our practice. Outside of the office, I am a wife to my wonderful husband, Samuel, and a mother to two beautiful girls, Brooksleigh and Hadlee. You can typically find us doing something in the great outdoors such as hiking or hunting. I truly look forward to meeting and getting to know each one of you. I cannot wait to see your smiling faces.

Melinda Venable
Treatment and Financial Coordinator

Hello! I am a native Arkansan from Ft. Smith and moved to NW Arkansas in 2010. I was a treatment and financial coordinator with a dental practice in Ft. Smith for 8 years. Prior to moving to NWA, I spent 5 years working in the retirement/financial services field. When making the move to NWA I decided to get back into dentistry. I enjoy helping people get the dentistry they need and working with them to understand their benefits. I have been with Drs. Bryan and Curtis since 2010 and love coming to work to be a part of a great team/family. My husband and I have 3 children and 3 precious grandchildren. We are big Razorback fans and love going to all the football games and try to make some of the away games as well. Go Hogs!!!

Dondi Nix
Register Dental Hygienist

I am a Registered Dental Hygienist. Originally from Texas, I moved to Arkansas as a teenager. I graduated University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2000 and after working with a local periodontist I started working with Dr. Bryan in 2006. I am the president of the local hygiene study club and I am eager to learn new skills and information. My favorite part of dentistry is working with patients to help them achieve optimal oral health and beautiful smiles. I get to do what I love with people I love every day! When not in the office, I am a proud mom of 5 children and have been married for 16 years. I stay busy at home, helping at school, and at my church.

Lexie Dixon
Register Dental Hygienist

I am a registered dental hygienist here at Bryan and Curtis D.D.S. I have been in dentistry since 2011 and here at this practice since 2012. I enjoy being a part of this team, and love that I can call my coworkers my "work family". I knew at an early age that I wanted to choose this career path, and did my prerequisite work through Arkansas State University. I then went to the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, AR for dental hygiene school. My certifications include: administering local anesthesia, nitrous oxide and CPR. I am from Searcy, AR, where all of my family still lives but we enjoy calling Northwest Arkansas our home away from home. We go back a lot to spend time with friends and family. I love to be anywhere that I can put my toes in the sand and love watching the Razorbacks play!  Woo Pig Sooie!! I have one lively son, Brady and one beautiful daughter, Mary Jane. We love playing with our furry friend, Fletcher. I also have a passion for missions and have been to Haiti several times on dental mission trips.

Hayley Elder
Registered Dental Hygienist

I am a registered Dental Hygienist here at the office of Drs. Bryan and Curtis. I graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. Then, I went on to the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where I received my Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. I knew I wanted to pursue something in the dental field early in life.  To me, it is very rewarding to make people feel good about themselves. A smile says so much about a person and I am happy to help my patients want to show that smile off!  In addition to providing your professional cleaning and periodontal therapy, I am certified in local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, and CPR. This is truly a wonderful office because of the people in it. I get to see every day the effort that is put into making everyone that walks through the door feel like a part of the family!
I was born and raised the small town of Lonoke, AR where my family currently resides. I go back to see them as often as I can, but moved to Bentonville in 2016 with my husband, Taylor. We have a beautiful daughter and two sweet rescue pups that have our heart. I enjoy anything to do with the outdoors and have a slight obsession with baking. Just because you are in the dentistry profession, doesn’t mean you can’t have a sweet tooth!

Kim Rusher
Registered Dental Hygienist

I am a registered dental hygienist for Doctors Bryan and Curtis. I started out by helping when someone was out of the clinic and joined the clinic permanently in 2019. My husband and I love living here in Northwest Arkansas with our two beautiful daughters. When I am not in the clinic, my family loves to be outdoors. There is always something to do in this area. I love that this job and office not only allows me to help people maintain their beautiful smiles but to also get to know my patients throughout all seasons of their lives.

Christie Knisley
Registered Dental Hygienist

I am a registered dental hygienist for Doctors Bryan and Curtis. I graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Education of Health Science in 2005 and then graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2007. That makes me a huge Razorback fan and a Shocker fan!  I joined Bryan and Curtis Dentistry in 2011 and absolutely love the working environment. I love working for employers that care about me as an employee and a person. We have a great team!

As your dental hygienist my role is to provide you with the utmost care. This includes comfortable care, a thorough assessment of periodontal findings, dental hygiene prophylactic/therapy, if needed delivery of local anesthesia or nitrous oxide, and oral cancer screenings. That is all combined with patient education and oral hygiene instruction.  Your oral health is important to me and I take great pride in being your health care professional.

I am a Bentonville native and live locally with husband, Mark and our two sons, Cully and Kaius. I spend my free time reading, sewing, working out, and most of all being a mommy. I look forward to meeting you!
